Villa XOXO, is a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa just steps from Grace Bay beach. The villa was built for families and friends to gather and make memories together. XOXO offers the perfect balance of modern luxurious comfort and breathtaking natural beauty.

Three of our comfortable king bedrooms, all with ensuites, are located in the main L shaped villa with the 4th king bed in a fully self-contained private guest house steps from the pool. The living areas are open-plan and inviting, with large windows that provide natural light and private balconies that feature stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This outstanding property is located in Leeward, a short 5 minute walk from Grace Bay Beach and its crystal-clear waters.

The outdoor space features an expansive deck with loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun . Love to do laps, play games in the water? We have you covered with our 38’ long lap pool! There is also a shallow splash pad area that is perfect for all ages to play and have fun.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
