This villa has a traditional Caribbean beach cottage feel with all the amenities of luxury Caribbean retreat all while offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views and spectacular sunsets.

Villa Mariposa is a spacious 3-bedroom 3-bathroom villa. The master suite and the first guest suite are both spacious king bedrooms awash with natural light and on-suite bathrooms. The second guest suite has 2 single beds that are convertible to a third king and an onsite bathroom.

The great room has 25ft ceilings and wall to wall sliding doors that look out over the endless turquoise waters. In the great room you will find ample seating a formal indoor dining table located just off the villas fully equipped kitchen.

Exit through the sliding doors to a spacious covered terrace with outdoor dining table, teak lounge chairs and a propane BBQ Grill. Our guests also enjoy lounging in our sun lounges, sunsets from the villas private firepit or a cool swim in our freshwater swimming pool.

Villa Mariposa is a home designed for relaxation. This villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests in a bright, airy space with warm terracotta floors and timeless comfort.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Guest pay a 12% accommodation fee. Guest will also be charged a $400 cleaning fee. On check in guests will be required to sign a liability sheet and produce a credit card and ID.
