The first bedroom has two single beds, charming built-in shelving, a dedicated split unit AC and ample storage space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and a dedicatedSplit unit AC. The ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The ground floor patio looks out onto a sprawling landscape of lush tropical plants and vegetation which can be enjoyed from the outdoor hammocks just outside the office space.

The spiral staircase leads up to a large open concept living area and kitchen with contemporary design and ample seating for guests at the formal dining table or eat-in bar. Sliding doors transition seamlessly to an enormous pool deck with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table.
