Emerald Waters is an absolute hidden gem. This luxurious 5-bedroom 4-bathroom canal front villa with its clean modern interior blends seamlessly into manicured gardens and rustic local landscaping and flowering plants.

This spectacular villa comes with everything you need for the perfect island vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen and island has everything necessary to prepare quick snacks or gourmet multi course meals. Just off the kitchen is a large propane grill, perfect for grilling the catch of the day.

The living room at Emerald Waters villa is an open concept space with ample seating, large 60inch flat screen tv and direct access to the wrap around deck and out-door formal dining area. This space is ideal for family movie/game night or just relaxing with friends and cocktails.

The Main House

The main house has 3 bedrooms and a loft.

-Just off the living room is the villas master suite. This suite has a queen bed, on suite shower and direct access to the villas private deck and swimming pool.

-The guest bedroom is a garden view, vaulted ceiling and 2 single beds

-The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, on-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool.

-The loft, which overlooks the living room has 2 linear single beds.

The Guest Pod

The guest pod and fifth bedroom is a completely self-contained 1 bedroom unit. It sits separate from the main building and contains a small kitchenette, on suite bathroom and laundry facilities.

The queen is positioned to enjoy the guest pod’s gardens and private covered seating area.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
